This share is limited to transfer within 2 years since the date of issuance, 50% of which will be allowed to transfer each year in the next two consecutive years.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">Par value: VND 10,000 \/ share<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">Volume of share issuance:&nbsp;<span style=\"color:#0000ff\">712,500&nbsp;<\/span>shares (seven hundred and twelve thousand five hundred shares)<br \/>\n\tTotal value (basing on par value): VND&nbsp;<span style=\"color:#0000ff\">7,125,000,000<\/span>&nbsp;(seven billion one hundred and twenty five million Dong) equal to 1.5% of present charter capital.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">Stock price:&nbsp;<span style=\"color:#0000ff\">VND 43,000 \/ share<\/span>&nbsp;(According to the resolution of The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, this price is not lower than that of book value at the end of the last preceding year.
