Tentative meeting duration: Within half a day<\/p>\n<p><strong>Venue<\/strong>: 1st floor, Lotus Ballroom, Rex Hotel, 141 Nguyen Hue Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contents<\/strong>: Reports, discussion, and adoption of the following issues:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Report of the Board of Management<\/li>\n<li>Report of the Control Board<\/li>\n<li>Election to replace Member of the Board of Management<\/li>\n<li>Issues to be adopted<\/li>\n<li>Other related issuesDocuments: Invitation letter, authorization letter, meeting agenda and the AGM documents are published on the Company&#8217;s website since June 03rd, 2025.
