Thereby proposing solutions to support in solving the difficulties and challenges that employees of Central region of the Company are facing.<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>The exchange was very lively with topics divided into 4 and given to 4 groups so they can practice finding suitable solutions that are affecting the production and business situation of the unit, respectively:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Group 1: Optimizing labor productivity<\/li>\n<li>Group 2: Growing revenue and profit<\/li>\n<li>Group 3: Complying wiht the labor displince process<\/li>\n<li>Group 4: Utilizing the use of assets &#8211; equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A lot of solutions were offered, with many people showed their determination and desire to contribute to improving the current situation. After the exchange, in addition to recognizing the solutions, especially for the most practical and feasible solutions in the current situation, the Organizing Committee also conducted awarding as a form of encouragement to the groups that had contributed.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"easyimage easyimage-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" sizes=\"100vw\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gemadept.com.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/imported-image-1739239088.webp\" srcset=\"\" width=\"1320\" \/><figcaption><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In addition to finding the right solutions, the GMD people model with 6 core values and 9 cultural principles was also depicted so everyone can have the same awareness and acts in accordance with the Company&#39;s orientation. The cultural activity focused deeply on the values: Ethnicity, Pioneering, and Connecting, along with cultural principles divided into 3 topics respectively: Overcoming obstacles, Trusting and sharing responsibility, and the Leading Gene, heading to &#39;The way forward&#39;.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"easyimage easyimage-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" sizes=\"100vw\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gemadept.com.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/imported-image-1739239090.webp\" srcset=\"\" width=\"1320\" \/><figcaption><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<div>The session has achieved good results. Questions, suggestions, sharings, etc. from employees were received and answered directly and with high consensus. The Spirit of Efficiency &#8211; Discipline was also communicated extensively along with solutions to overcome difficulties and was consistent with the strategic goals of the corporation. In the face of difficult economic waves that are still ahead, uniting to overcome challenges on the Gemadept ship is what the Company always wants everyone to do.
